Five to ten minutes walk to a golden
sandy beach, with lots of good reasonably priced
restaurants along the sea front. There is a more up
market restaurant for that special occasion only 5
minutes walk away El Alamo (Turn right outside El Alamo
and La Viņa de Calpe is less than five minutes walk on

Next door to El Alamo is a large
supermarket, where all provisions can be purchased.
The charming old Calpe town is a pleasant 30 to 40
minute walk along the sea front or a five minute car
ride. Taxis and a local
bus service are also available into town. Here you will
find more traditional style restaurants and also a
mixture of Italian, Chinese and Indian and British
cafes, not to mention good quality shoe shops and
fashionable boutiques for both sexes.
Apart from all the pretty coastal resorts scattered
along this Eastern coastline other local attractions
include a bird sanctuary on the Penon de Ifach and
Flamingos on a Salt Lake, just minutes walk from the
apartment. If you hire a car you can reach other resorts
such as Moraira (delightful resort) following the main
windy road just outside El Alamo.
