A charming French stone cottage
with quarry tiled floors sleeps 6 comfortably in
2 double bedrooms and a sofa bed
in the lounge.
A huge 200 year old open
fireplace, with large wood burner. Original beams found in
downstairs rooms. Every effort has been made to
retain all original features therefore it is not
necessarily equipped with all modern
facilities. Electric heaters are available
throughout during the winter months if
necessary.
Downstairs
Kitchen/diner with huge 200 year old stone
fireplace and 2 seat sofa for cosy evenings.
A large separate lounge with a 2
seat sofa and a 3 seat sofa bed.
Utility / storage area with large fridge (ideal
for keeping drinks cool in summer).
Bathroom with bath/shower, WC and a washing
machine.
Upstairs
Two large double bedrooms
(please note: access to the second bedroom is
via the first).
Electrical Equipment
Brand new 40" flat screen TV with DVD player
in lounge.
A small second TV in kitchen/diner with VCR.
Kitchen Equipment
Gas cooker, 2 Fridge freezers (1 in utility
area), Microwave, Electric Kettle.
Kitchen tea towels are provided.
Bed Linen
Bed linen is included.
Pillows and double duvets are provided and are
all standard UK size not French size.
Outside
To the rear of the house is a large patio area. The right side of the house
has a large garden with pretty stream running at bottom of
the garden
which is fenced off so it is perfectly safe for
children.
